a. How do I know I need braces?

c. I am very conscious of the braces. Is there an alternative?

Yes. The invisible braces are place behind your teeth and still can correct the alignment of your teeth but are absolutely to visible to anyone in front of you. It is a great option for those who are conscious of their braces.

d. How expensive is the treatment?

The cost of the treatment depends upon the choice of braces. However, you can pay in installments to help ease the cost.

e. How long does the treatment take?

It may take anywhere between 6 months to even two years depending on the nature of the problem and the type of bracket used. Advanced brackets help hasten the process. After this the patient has to wear retentive braces behind the teeth for a while to hold the teeth in the new position.
